LOOK
The dungeon master describes the room
It types slowly, on purpose. Every sentence is complete. No fragments, no loot tables, no shop. You are here to read, to go north, to be lost in language.
> LOOK
West of House
You are standing in an open field west of a white house, with a boarded front door. There is a small mailbox here. A robot in a faded dungeon-master cloak sits on the porch rail and types, in complete sentences, everything you already know.
> LOOK
Twisty Passages
You are in a maze of twisty little passages, all alike. The walls remember every GO NORTH that failed. Phosphor dust hangs in the air like unparsed nouns.
> LOOK
Machine Room
This is not a Unity store. There are no loot crates, only a humming CRT, a compass rose scratched into the bezel, and a cursor that has been waiting since the last SAVE.

INVENTORY
You are carrying:
a brass lantern
It is lit. The robot DM refuses to let the darkness win a parser fight.
a crumpled map
Most of the rooms are labeled HERE. One is labeled ALSO HERE. The legend says ALL ALIKE.
a magnetic compass rose
North is a suggestion. The needle points at the prompt.

EXITS
Obvious exits are N, E, S, W
The robot DM will not hurry you. Type GO if you like. Type QUIT if you must. The lamp is still lit.
N
White House
boarded, still tempting
E
Twisty Maze
all alike, still calling
S
Inventory
lantern, map, rose
W
The Robot Lives
portfolio path
A shrine to parser fiction, kept in The Robot Lives portfolio. No waitlist. No backend. Just a prompt, a compass, and complete sentences.
